My Yabu Experience (062912)

Finally! After weeks of craving for Katsu, I finally did visit Yabu. I've heard so many great things about this resto so when I saw they have a contest on-going for a free feast, I thought it's my chance (since I am forever broke) ...and luckily I won the Dad and I & Family Feast! So I made a reservation last Friday cause it's a perfect time to eat! (I came from school very hungry & haggard looking so I don't have any pictures of myself.)

I brought my whole family (including my sister Jee) & my one sweet love. These are the things we ate and I tell you every bite of the Katsu was heavenly!

The fun part: Grinding these grains and mixing with the Katsu sauce.

Mine was the Curry Katsu. Being a die hard Curry fan, I love it!

It's not too spicy, just perfect.

My little sister being a picky eater, enjoyed her Seafood Katsu and finihed it all up by herself!

One thing I also liked about Yabu is their really, really REALLY (I cannot stress this no more! XD) fast service. Awesome! No wonder it is Esquire Magazine's Best Restaurant for 2011! Food + Service = total love! <3

If you want to experience Yabu, it is located at  2nd Level, Mega Atrium, SM Megamall, EDSA.

Ending this post makes my stomach rumbling. I have a feeling that I will visit again really soon!

Bloggers United Strikes 3! (060212)

This is such an awesome event! Aside from the clothes that is SUPER WAY CHEAP & BRANDED, you've got to meet your favorite bloggers! (Well in my case, I didn't saw my top one, Tricia Gosingtian huhuhu.T____T) My dates for that day we're Jee & my sweetie, Bry. The event starts at 11:00 AM as said on the poster. We arrived around 11:30 AM and the place was jam packed! I'm telling you! Not to mention waiting in the line was super hot! Well, good thing I didn't make porma unlike the usual people there because if I would, I can't shop more comfortably because in the event area. We're like sardines in the place. 

I've got to meet some bloggers and had a picture with them and my sister. Well, not all. I was too lazy to make singit to all the people who wants to take a picture with, for example, Laureen Uy. Hahaha!

Anastacia Siantar

- My favorite international blogger! I've got to meet her in person! Hoooray! See my face? My smile: priceless. Oh did I mention she has a cute voice? My sister asked her autograph and she seems really shocked for someone asking her that. Humble I would say. Too bad I didn't got any piece from her booth. I was supposed to buy her shoes for a really cheap price but then an old lady somewhat stepped on my foot with her wedges and pick up the shoes. Talking about tactics! :|

Philippine Fashion Week 2012: The Ramp

The Ramp collection is definitely wonderful & creative. It was held last May 22, 2012. The whole collection for me resembled a modern twist to the retro style. There was a lot of yellow paired with flowy sheer pieces. I saw Paisley and Zebra prints. The kids who modeled in the show we're so cute! (Too bad I don't have a pic of them)

I didn't get much picture of the collection because obviously I was enjoying the show.

In fact, it's my first time to watch a fashion show! (Heheheh)
